A successful secondary school in Coventry is seeking a highly organised HR & Compliance Administrator to support its staffing and safeguarding processes from January 2026.
This role is central to ensuring that the school meets all employment safeguarding and regulatory requirements while providing a professional and supportive HR service to staff.
The Role
You will work closely with senior leaders and the business team to manage recruitment vetting and compliance processes.
Key duties include:
Managing safer recruitment checks and single central record updates
Supporting recruitment processes including adverts and onboarding
Maintaining personnel records and contracts
Supporting absence monitoring and HR administration
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and employment legislation
