Requirement description :

Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- 2 years work experience in Med Surg PCU IMCU or Stepdown REQUIRED
- Meditech EMR Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Previous travel experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Med Surg/Tele or PCU/Stepdown checklist current within past year REQUIRED
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past year of employment REQUIRED
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIREDDOCUMENT
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - REQUIREDDOCUMENT
- License verification REQUIREDDOCUMENT
- All licenses/certs must be current at time of submission
- Permanent address must be included in submission file REQUIRED
- RTO - please limit to 5 days

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

ACLS (AHA)
BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend/Holiday Rotation if scheduled
