Job Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Procurement of Direct parts bought from India and Overseas suppliers. Key
Responsibilities include:
a. RFQ Management & Development of Parts for existing parts
b. Supply Chain Management / Supply planning and sending schedules & forecast to assigned
suppliers / commodities
c. Expedite deliveries from suppliers to ensure delivery of parts in time.
d. Maintain Safety stocks / Inventory levels
e. Periodic assessment of Supplier capacities and follow up actions to meet Triumph requirements
f. Manage on going design changes & Obsolescence control
g. Manage Quarterly Price changes due to commodity / Currency Fluctuation(s)
h. Record accurate information and prepare timely reports as necessary.
i. Build good supplier relationships through regular communication including supplier meetings
and travel to suppliers (both local and international) when required
j. Highlight supply concerns and report non-performing suppliers.
