A client is looking for a Finance Business Analyst in the Miami FL area.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Finance Business Analyst with a strong blend of business analysis and product management expertise.

This role focuses on identifying assessing and leading process and technology improvement initiatives within the Finance function driving continuous improvement and transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead finance transformation projects collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance IT and business units

Analyze design and implement end-to-end Finance process solutions that drive standardization efficiency and quality

Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives

Generate regular reports on project status key metrics and product performance

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of solutions

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and confirm stakeholder requirements are met

Apply advanced principles of process improvement workflow analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodologies

Serve as a key member of project teams providing leadership and conflict resolution when needed

Partner with stakeholders to implement financial strategies and processes effectively

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Finance Information Technology or related field * Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Business Process Management a plu; Multiple certifications in analytics and product management preferred * 10 years of relevant finance expertise supporting technology-driven initiatives * 8 years of professional experience in business analysis and product management * Experience with BI reporting tools and analytics platforms * Deep understanding and 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP or EPM Applications (JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud) * Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial processes Core Competencies: * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder engagement * High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset * Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements * Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in fast-paced environments
