Job Summary:
This role is for a Physical Therapist with acute care experience. The therapist will provide care to patients working 10-hour shifts for 7 days on followed by 7 days off. The position requires weekend work and may involve floating between units. The expected patient load is 10-12 patients per day.

Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.
- Manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day.
- Document patient care and progress accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Float between different units as needed.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Acute care experience.
- Valid Physical Therapist license.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) experience.
Special Considerations:
- The schedule is 7 days on 7 days off.
- Weekends are required.
- On-call is not required.
- The position may involve floating between units.
Scheduling:
- 7 days on 7 days off schedule.
- 10-hour shifts.
- Weekends are required.
- Option to work an additional day (Wednesday at the end of the 7-day on period) to reach 80 hours without overtime.
- Alternative schedule of Thursday-Monday with Tuesday/Wednesday off may be available.
