We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Must have legal right to work in the United States and be eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization and DoD Clearance.

Summary:

• Support day-to-day supply chain and procurement operations by:

  • Placing purchase orders

  • Tracking deliveries

  • Maintaining vendor records

  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely material availability

• Collect and analyze data update reports and assist with procurement and logistics coordination

• Entry-level role ideal for individuals seeking to grow into procurement or purchasing-focused positions within supply chain

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization and DoD Clearance.

• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Business or related field preferred (or in progress)

• 0 2 years of experience in purchasing supply chain procurement or related field (internships acceptable)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups pivot tables preferred)

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. NetSuite SAP Oracle)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

• Basic knowledge of Government Procurement processes and FAR/DFARS requirements

• Awareness of Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance standards

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
