Role: Desktop / Deskside Support Engineer
Work Location : Helena Montana (Day 1 Onsite)

Minimum years of experience: 3 years
Required Experience
- 3 years as Desktop / Deskside Support Engineer
- Strong troubleshooting with Windows OS Active Directory O365
- Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Hands-on experience with remote support tools
- Workstation imaging (desktops/laptops)
- VPN & VDI support experience
- Experience with hardware IMAC (Install Move Add Change)
- Inventory management of corporate IT assets
- Enterprise printer support
- Ability to handle first-call resolution and multitask
- Good communication & customer-facing skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 deskside & remote support (phone/email/chat)
- Own tickets from creation to closure
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware software & business applications
- Support new hire deployments RTO projects & office moves
- Perform network connectivity troubleshooting
- Manage asset inventory shipping & receiving
- Support remote workforce users
