Job Summary

Role: Desktop / Deskside Support Engineer

Work Location : Helena Montana (Day 1 Onsite)

Contract duration :Long Term

Minimum years of experience: 3 years

Required Experience

  • 3 years as Desktop / Deskside Support Engineer
  • Strong troubleshooting with Windows OS Active Directory O365
  • Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Hands-on experience with remote support tools
  • Workstation imaging (desktops/laptops)
  • VPN & VDI support experience
  • Experience with hardware IMAC (Install Move Add Change)
  • Inventory management of corporate IT assets
  • Enterprise printer support
  • Ability to handle first-call resolution and multitask
  • Good communication & customer-facing skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 deskside & remote support (phone/email/chat)
  • Own tickets from creation to closure
  • Troubleshoot desktop hardware software & business applications
  • Support new hire deployments RTO projects & office moves
  • Perform network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Manage asset inventory shipping & receiving
  • Support remote workforce users
