Job Summary
Licensed Therapist (LCSW LMSW-cc LCPC LCPC-c)
$7500 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments on any individual couple or family seeking behavioral health services.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges from a generalist strength-based perspective.
- Maintain confidential client records and documentation following AMHC policies and procedures licensing and regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a team of behavioral health professionals to provide holistic care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

- Masters degree or higher in Social Work Counseling or related field.
- Active state licensure (LCSW LMSW-cc LCPC LCPC-c)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others and commitment to behavioral health
