We are looking for an exceptionalSeniorSoftwareEngineer(sustaining)whois responsible formaintainingand improving quality reliability and delivery of current product features.Theengineer helps with the customer issues reported from the field by triaging and addressing them with the required changes.Thisroleisalso responsible for providing feedback to new product development teams to improvequality/reliability of future products.This is part of the core team that develops cloud software to discover organizeanalyzeand secure various cloud infrastructures. There isa great opportunityto deliver learn and grow as this small team is rapidly growing and delivering many impactful features.

The role is a combination of software development quality assurance and technical support with a primary focus on making the existing products function well for customers. These are key expectations for the role:

Support DSPM productareas andprovide customer support to help resolve difficult customer issues.

Designdevelopand deliver solutions to customers to help them resolve problems that they are facing in their deployments.

Work on developing solutions and resolving issues within our products to help improve the overallstability ofthe DSPM platform.

Be familiar and use AI tools day to day.

Requirements:

8years of developmentexperiencein Python or NodeJS is preferred

Expertisein public cloudcomputeand networking with hands-on experience in at least one of the following: AWS GCP or Azure.

Proven experience with REST API-driven automation using Python or JavaScript.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced innovative environment.

Adaptability and a keen interest in staying current withnew technologiesand evolving industry trends.

Understanding ofgithuband experience with CI/CD pipelines including the setup and management of automated build test and deployment workflows

Prior experience in testing SaaS security products is a plus

Experience in debugging complex products and building monitoring dashboards is preferred

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
