Job Summary
About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help identify engage and build pipelines of top talent across a variety of this role youll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage top of funnel sourcing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound applicants and identify suitable candidates
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn job boards social platforms referrals and other creative channels
- Conduct outreach to passive candidates and manage follow-ups to drive engagement
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and profiles to assess skills experience and role fit
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS or CRM
- Support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies
- Share market insights sourcing metrics and pipeline updates with recruiting partners
Required Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in recruiting sourcing or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Gem job boards or ATS platforms
- Strong written communication skills especially for candidate outreach
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing for technical product or hard-to-fill roles
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing techniques and tools
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse Lever Workday)
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing metrics

- Building strong long-term talent pipelines
- Maintaining positive candidate experiences through timely and thoughtful communication
- Partnering effectively with recruiters to meet hiring goals
ForUS-based employees the cash base compensation range for this role is .We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency we share salary ranges on all job postings.However these ranges are specific to the hiring location and may differ within or outside the US.

Offers vary depending on but not limited to relevant experience education certifications/licenses skills training and market conditions.
Due to regulatory and security reasons theres a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based.Additionally because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.
