About this Opportunity
Directs and supervises the clubhouse operations for assigned municipal golf courses. Assists golfers with various components of the game; including club fitting rules of golf teaching game management and various other aspects related to the game of golf.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises the work of assigned seasonal personnel
- Creates and executes budget requirements for multiple golf course operations
- Schedules and administers facility tournaments corporate outings and charity fundraisers
- Orders inventories and manages food & beverage supplies on a weekly basis
- Maintains merchandise inventory records annual inventory purchases for resale and club fitting service
- Administers contracts for golf cars and other outsourced services
- Provides technical assistance to the public on the game of golf including private and group lessons organizing leagues scoring golf tournaments recommending appropriate equipment and interpreting golf rules
- Coordinates leagues outings merchandise and clinics with assigned Golf Professional
- Performs related work as required
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Two years of relevant college-level course work or an Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or a related field and
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience as a PGA Head Golf Professional or
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse population
Required Licenses or Certifications
- Class A Member: PGA of America
Position Schedule
- Monday-Friday varied hours; weekends as needed during peak season months.
