What Youll Be Doing
- Safely operate a Ready Mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch plant personnel and customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned vehicle.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with clean driving record.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong commitment to safety teamwork and customer service.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Must meet company and DOT standards for driving and safety compliance.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
