Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Serra Kia Trussville. This is a full-time sales role in the auto industry located in Birmingham Alabama. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Kia brand vehicles to potential customers. We are looking for someone with excellent communication customer service and negotiation skills to help drive our sales growth and meet our companys objectives. This is an individual contributor role that offers a competitive compensation package with potential earnings of $50000 to $150000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership providing excellent customer service
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for interested customers
- Educate customers on vehicle features specifications and pricing information
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and secure deposits
- Negotiate and finalize sales including financing options to achieve targets and maximize profit
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Kia vehicles and their features
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the dealership
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Basic knowledge of automotive features specifications and financing options
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
