We areseekingan entry-level or trainee CollisionRepairEstimator to join our team in a front-end floater role. This position is hourly and focuses onassistingwalk-in customers while providing back-up support to our commissioned estimators.
The ideal candidate will havestrong communicationskills a willingness to learn and an interest in building a long-term career in collision repair estimation. This role will alsoassistwith obtaining pre-approvals from insurance companies and ensuring estimates align withinitialapprovals with training provided as needed.
CollisionRepairEstimator Compensation and Benefits:
Collision Repair Estimator Competitive Salary: $28-$31 per hourbased on experience.

CollisionRepairEstimator Responsibilities:
Greet andassistwalk-in customers providing initial damage assessments.
Prepare front-end estimates usingCCCOneor Mitchel.
Obtain pre-approvals from insurance companies and ensure that the estimates match initial approvals.
Communicate effectively with customers and commissioned estimators.
Learn and follow estimation and insurance requirements.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the estimation process.
Assistwith administrative tasks as needed.
CollisionRepairEstimator Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a customer service or automotive-related role isrequired; prior collision experience is a plus but notrequired.
Basic understanding of collision repair processes is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Experience with CCC ONE estimating software is a plus but notrequiredfor trainee candidates.
Proficiencywith computers and a strong ability to learn new software and systems.
Strong communication organization and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A valid drivers license isrequired.
