PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares all menu items using established departmental policies and presentation of all menu items adheres to established all menu items are prepared according to federal state and local nutritional standards and established policies and services to cafeteria customers in a friendly and efficient food that is the correct portion serving temperature and quality. Any substandard quality food must be brought to the attention of the Cafeteria/School Nutrition production equipment/area continually (clean as you go).Any other duties as assigned by the Superintendent-Director or his/her duties listed are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
