Councils Building and Depot unit sits within the City Services Directorate and focuses on compliance operational maintenance and safety of the fleet and building assets. Cumberland City Council manages over two hundred fleet assets across the LGA which provide a wide variety of services to our community.
In contributing to the overarching vision the Fleet and Workshop Supervisor will be accountable for ensuring all Council fleet and plant is maintained to a high level and works are completed in a timely and safe manner. Additionally the Fleet and Workshop Supervisor ensures efficient cost effective sustainable and customer focused fleet and plant procurement management and reporting to an industry best practice standard as per Councils policies and procedures and all regulatory fleet requirements.
