Job Summary:
As an employee serving as the Pavement Consultant at National Pavement Partners a reputable concrete and asphalt construction company you play a crucial role in assessing project requirements analyzing data and preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for pavement maintenance projects. Your expertise in estimating strong analytical skills and knowledge of pavement maintenance growth techniques contribute significantly to successful project bidding and our companys growth.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications (Experience Education & Certifications Key Attributes):
- Bachelors degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Pavement Maintenance Estimator or similar role in the construction industry (preferred).
- Blueprint takeoff (Bluebeam STACK etc.) software experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of pavement maintenance techniques materials and industry standards.
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
- Technology Savvy
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized of customer and team needs
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret project plans and specifications accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams clients and subcontractors.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures within the construction industry.

- Remaining in a stationary position often standing or sitting for prolonged periods:Occasionally
