Join a fun and flexible workplace where youll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. As a Customer Success Services (CSS) Delivery Intern you will:

Business & Data Insights

  • Produce and analyse CSS business insights including revenue forecasts resourceutilisation reports customer project dashboards and internal reviews for the UKI CSS leadership team.
  • Partner with account managers and technical teams to ensure compliance expectations are understood and met across our onpremise and cloud service portfolios.

Customer & Technical Engagement

  • Participate in highprofile customer meetings and collaborate on the delivery of technical services gaining exposure to realworld customer engagement and service operations.
  • Plan and support internal workshops and customer events developing strong presentation and publicspeaking skills.

Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with CSS Sales TAMs Project Managers and engineering teams contributing to crossfunctional initiatives and independently driving smaller projects.
  • Draft documentation contribute innovative ideas and support continuous improvement in how the CSS organisation operates daytoday.
  • Support recruitment activities including coordination with external agencies and involvement in the hiring process.

Professional Development

  • Engage in volunteering training programmes wellbeing initiatives and other development opportunities while shadowing CSS professionals to build transferable technical analytical and workplace skills.

  • Currently completing an undergraduate degree and eligible for a university placement program in the UK.
  • On track for a 2:1 or higher with strong communication skills and the motivation to succeed in a dynamic customerfocused business.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities able to interpret data and draw clear evidencebased conclusions.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational planning and timemanagement skills.
  • Selfdriven proactive and committed to continuous learning comfortable trying new things learning from feedback and adapting quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and an interest in using technology to solve problems.
  • Practical understanding of AI tools and a willingness to explore how they can enhance productivity and decisionmaking.
