This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or part-qualified individuals who are eager to develop their career in tax within a supportive and professional environment.
Role Overview
As a Personal Tax Trainee you will gain hands-on experience across the personal tax department. You will work closely with tax managers and senior team members developing valuable skills and knowledge while working towards a formal tax qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of personal tax returns P11Ds and the implementation of Making Tax Digital.
Build and manage a personal tax client portfolio over time learning from senior mentors.
Contribute to the teams objectives of delivering excellent client service and supporting growth.
Take initiative and responsibility in producing high-quality accurate work.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Experience in personal or corporate tax or relevant studies in accounting or finance.
Strong commitment to a career in tax and willingness to pursue qualifications (e.g. ATT/CTA).
GCSE Maths and English (grades 9-6) and three A-Levels or equivalent at grade B or above.
Good communication and IT skills a proactive mindset and a strong work ethic.
