Job Title: MDLevel Software Developer

Job Function

To design build and maintain software systems and web applications by leveraging modern frameworks cloud platforms and integration tools. The role focuses on developing scalable solutions ensuring reliable system performance and supporting the full application lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Design develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks such as Django
  
• Build and integrate solutions using cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure)
  
• Support integrations with enterprise systems and applications
  
• Follow SDLC best practices for design coding testing and deployment
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  
• Implement and maintain source control practices (branching pull requests code reviews) using GitHub
  
• Monitor application performance troubleshoot issues and implement fixes to ensure stability and scalability
  
• Write unit integration and automated tests to ensure software quality
  
• Work closely with QA DevOps and IT teams to ensure smooth deployments and operations
  
• Contribute to technical documentation for systems processes and coding standards
  
• Participate in sprint planning backlog refinement and agile ceremonies
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance scalability and maintainability
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
  
• Ability to use standard office equipment as needed
  
• 24 years of professional software development experience
  
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python Java C# or JavaScript/TypeScript
  
• Experience with Django or similar web frameworks
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) for hosting and application services
  
• Experience with GitHub or comparable version control systems
  
• Understanding of SDLC practices testing standards and CI/CD workflows
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating applications with enterprise platforms
  
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
  
• Understanding of application security best practices
  
• Experience working in regulated industries or complex operational environments
