What we want:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves handling technical queries related to domains and DNS providing timely resolutions and ensuring a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with technical aptitude to support clients effectively while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Vertoz (NSEI: VERTOZ) is an AI-powered MadTech and CloudTech platform offering Digital Advertising Marketing & Monetization (MadTech) and Digital Identity and Cloud Infrastructure (CloudTech) solutions. We cater to Businesses Digital Marketers Advertising Agencies Digital Publishers Cloud Providers and Technology companies.

What you will do:
Serve as the first point of contact for client technical queries and support requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to domain registration transfers renewals and related services.
Provide guidance on DNS configuration zone record management (A CNAME MX TXT etc.) and domain propagation.
Assist clients with TLD-specific requirements policies and restrictions.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex or critical issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions resolutions and follow-ups using the ticketing system.
Educate clients on platform features tools and best practices to maximize value.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Stay updated with industry trends domain ecosystem changes and DNS-related updates.

Requirements

03 years of experience in client servicing technical support or a customer-facing role.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with the capability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS IP addressing HTTP/HTTPS and APIs is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience or familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Zoho) and ticketing systems.
Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Required Skills:

Requirements: Experience: 10-15 years in marketing growth strategy or related roles. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (MBA preferred). Skills: Expertise in SEO SEM Google Analytics CRM and marketing automation tools. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing demand generation and lead nurturing. Exceptional content creation storytelling and brand-building skills. Experience in budget management KPI-driven marketing execution and revenue growth strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and collaborate across departments. Experience in B2B marketing AdTech MarTech SaaS or similar industries is preferred.
