Job Summary

  • Design and execute enterprise-focused ABM and outbound lead generation strategies
  • Lead coach and scale a high-performance SDR team with clear KPIs and development plans
  • Develop and refine scalable outbound workflows using AI and automation tools (Sales Nav HubSpot Apollo Salesforce AI-driven workflows)
  • Drive multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold email LinkedIn and direct calling with measurable results
  • Build and maintain robust lead qualification systems that align with sales team needs
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate to improve conversion rates engagement and pipeline velocity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing sales and product teams to align messaging and target accounts


Requirements

812 years of demand/lead generation experience in B2B SaaS
36 years leading SDR / outbound teams
Strong experience in enterprise lead generation & ABM
Hands-on with AI & automation tools for outbound (Sales Nav HubSpot Apollo Salesforce AI workflows)
Proven success with cold outreach email LinkedIn & calling
Build systems not just run campaigns


Required Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
