About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Patient Advocate to join our this role you will help people access their medications for free making a meaningful difference in their lives every day. We are a rapidly growing team that prides itself on providing white-glove service to members during their time of medical need.
What Youll Do
Coordinate Care: Work directly with patients doctors and drug manufacturers to help patients get their medications at no cost.
Member Outreach: Spend about 80% of your day on the phone assisting patients and healthcare providers with professional and delightful communication.
Administrative Support: Spend 20% of your time maintaining accurate records documenting task statuses and completing necessary paperwork.
Build Trust: Establish rapport with members to obtain the sensitive and critical information needed to fulfill their orders.
Ensure Privacy: Protect patient confidentiality and strictly comply with regulations like HIPAA.
Collaborate: Work closely with our goal-oriented team to improve processes and provide exceptional service.

Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a focus on active listening.
Set-up: Secured remote work set-up
Empathetic Heart: A patient customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Reliability: Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Organization: Detail-oriented with vigorous time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Literacy: General computer skills and a willingness to learn our specific systems and processes.
Background: Experience in customer service call centers or pharmacy-related roles is a plus but we also value experience in teaching or classroom environments.
Good To Have:
- Prior experience:
- In high-touch customer service roles in a healthcare account.
- US Healthcare BPO Experience: Candidates who have previously worked on US-based Medical Billing Insurance Verification or Utilization Management accounts.
- Medical Records Clerks: Individuals experienced in handling Sensitive Health Information (SHI) and electronic health records (EHR).
- Clinical Research Coordinators: Professionals used to coordinate between different stakeholders (doctors patients and labs) while maintaining strict documentation.
