Administrative Assistant Event Coordinator Human Resources

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our amazing Human Resources Team!

This position will be a full-time Monday Friday position. There is some flexibility in the scheduled hours!

We need someone with a great sense of humor phenomenal customer service skills and attention to detail!

In this role you will be responsible for event planning data entry updating/maintaining spreadsheets answering phones creating facility badges calendaring errands and assisting with projects. This position will assist the Human Resources Team with a variety of projects coordination of employee orientation and employee engagement initiatives/projects. To be successful in this position you will need to be adaptable kind fast-paced and computer savvy.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Enthusiasm for the mission of NWSH and patients we serve
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel Word & Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Two years of previous office experience required.
• Prior experience in Human Resources preferred.
