Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation medication reminders and companionship.
- Provide support with personal care services including bath assistance and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals.
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation every single day
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in a healthcare hospitality or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Supportive and compassionate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
