Job Summary
Customer Service & Sales Executive
Location: Knaresborough
Salary: 25000 to 30000
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Benefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays company bonus scheme free on-site parking
Were looking for a sales-focused and customer-orientedSales Executive to join a friendly professional and supportive team in Knaresborough.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people building relationships over the phone and guiding customers towards the right product solutions. Youll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls turning warm leads into sales while delivering a first-class customer experience.
What youll be doing:
Managing incoming and outbound customer calls
Identifying customers needs and providing tailored product information
Preparing and following up on quotations to convert leads into sales
Setting up new business accounts in the system
Logging all customer interactions accurately in the CRM
Using MS Office (Outlook Word Excel) with confidence
Working closely with your team to ensure a smooth positive customer journey
What were looking for:
Previous telephone-based customer service or sales experience (essential)
Excellent rapport-building skills and a confident telephone manner
Strong listening and communication skills
Positive self-motivated and proactive attitude
Good IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems
