Unser Portfolio besteht aus Impfstoffen Spezialmedikamenten und Allgemeinmedikamenten. Dies sind die drei verschiedenen Arten von Produkten die wir entwickeln um Krankheiten zu verhindern und zu behandeln viele davon mit dem Potenzial die Ersten oder Besten ihrer Art zu sein.
Der/die Medical Education Manager*in (m/w/d) der Impfakademie ist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von medizinischen Materialien und Fortbildungsinhalten. Zudem repräsentiert er/sie die Impfakademie durch die Kommunikation und Präsentation aktueller wissenschaftlicher Informationen und Stellungnahmen zu Indikationen gegenüber Ärzten MFAs Apothekern und Laien. Er/sie bietet wissenschaftliche Beratung und Unterstützung beantwortet MedInfo-Anfragen und fungiert als externer Ansprechpartner für medizinische Fachkräfte.
Diese Position ist befristet bis April 2027.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Überprüfung und Bearbeitung aktueller Literatur und Informationen zu Impfungen sowie Analyse des wissenschaftlichen Umfelds im Indikationsbereich einschließlich Wettbewerber.
- Einführung neuer Erkenntnisse und Ableitung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Formate innerhalb der jeweiligen Indikation.
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung wissenschaftlicher Materialien (z. B. Präsentationen Abstracts Artikel) unter Berücksichtigung nationaler und internationaler Richtlinien und Publikationen.
- Planung Organisation und Durchführung von internen und externen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen als Repräsentant der Impfakademie.
- Analyse Überarbeitung und Auswertung gesammelter Daten und Erkenntnisse im Kontext von Veranstaltungen oder Diskussionen zur Entwicklung zukünftiger Fortbildungsformate.
- Beantwortung spezifischer MedInfo-Anfragen die über Verschreibungsinformationen hinausgehen basierend auf wissenschaftlichen Informationen.
- Vertretung deutscher Interessen in lokalen sowie europäischen/globalen medizinischen Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing/Vertrieb im Impfstoffbereich und übergreifenden Geschäftseinheiten mit Fokus auf die jeweiligen Erwachsenen-/Kinder-Indikationen.
Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:
- Medizinisches pharmazeutisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium idealerweise mit abgeschlossener Promotion.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Medical Affairs oder Medical Education idealerweise im Bereich Impfstoffe/Immunologie.
- Kenntnisse in der Analyse wissenschaftlicher Daten.
- Verständnis des deutschen und europäischen Gesundheitssystems.
- Kenntnisse in pharmazeutischer Ethik Governance sowie Compliance-Richtlinien und -verfahren.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:
- Hervorragende Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
- Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen computergestützten Tools.
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau) und Englisch.
- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft.
