**Job Summary:**
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Bay City is seeking AM Servers for the Riverfront Grill restaurant. This position involves providing exceptional service to hotel guests and local diners during breakfast and lunch services. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience using Point of Sale software preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work early morning shifts
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Handle payments and operate Point of Sale systems accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Address any customer concerns or special requests professionally
