Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Support Worker providing compassionate and reliable assistance to clients in their homes in Auburn Hills MI. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding if needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Auburn Hills MI.
- Two forms of ids
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting and mobility assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
