The opportunity

As a Junior Primary Lead Engineer youll be at the forefront of designing and executing operational plans for cutting-edge infrastructure and equipment. From crafting detailed designs and project specifications to manag-ing schedules budgets and resources youll ensure every project milestone is met with precision. Youll tackle challenges head-on resolve issues swiftly and keep everything on track. With your expertise youll influence and inspire your team driving success in every phase of the project.

How you will make an impact

• Project planning and technical detailing of gas-insulated switchgear including preparation of all necessary documents for order fabrication assembly and customers

• Discussion of technical solutions with customers and internal stakeholders

• Management of all technical communication channels internally as well as externally

• Project execution and ordering of required material including necessary configuration

• Responsibility for project costs deadlines & scope of delivery

• Detailed elaboration of quality cases and improvement processes

• Technical support of the project until completion of on-site assembly

• Occasional travel to customer meetings or site visits

Your background

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering without or with little working experience

• Higher education with

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to assist in developing project schedules and tracking progress.

• Familiarity with supporting various project phases including production transportation installation and test-ing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues.

• Ability to work effectively within an international team environment and collaborate with other departments.

• Experience in coordinating resources including materials and equipment is a plus

• Proficiency/experience in CAD software (e.g. Creo AutoCAD) SAP and other engineering tools is a plus

• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g. German Spanish or French) is a plus
