Transaction Diligence Manager Financial Services

• Buyside and vendor due diligence activities
• Preparation of pitch decks with market analyses and assessments of selected potential targets
• Financial modelling
• Support in the review/definition of acquisition agreements

Skills We Are Looking For:

• 4 to 6 years of work experience in Transaction Diligence Corporate Finance or Audit teams within leading consulting firms banks or financial boutiques
• In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services sector
• Strong accounting expertise and mastery of relevant standards (Italian GAAP and IFRS)
• Masters degree in Economics or related fields
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and strong problemsolving attitude
• A good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
