Overview:

A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Northborough MA is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and supportive team. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is preferred though clinicians available for at least 32 hours per week will be considered. The position offers flexibility with Pelvic Health and General Orthopedics caseload options.

We are seeking a friendly patient-centered clinician with strong communication skills. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported through mentorship and training.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload. A pelvic health caseload is also available and may be structured as 100% pelvic health or a combination of pelvic health and general orthopedics based on the clinicians preference. Opportunities to develop a specialty and pursue advanced certifications are strongly encouraged and fully supported.

Treatment sessions are 1:1 40-minute sessions.

Compensation:

The compensation for this full-time position will start in the range of $80000.00-$110000.00 depending on experience and qualifications. Productivity-based bonus opportunities are available.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Thursday: 7a-7p Friday 7a-3:40p. No weekends. No major holidays! We prefer candidates who can start early on some days of the week and stay late on some days of the week.

Job Requirements:

  • Eligible for MA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
  • New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
  • Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available.
  • Candidates with 32 hours of availability will also be considered.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
