Are you passionate about helping people find the perfect vehicle Do you thrive in afastpaced customer focused environment Advantage Auto Group is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team in Bridgeview IL!
We are seeking candidates with prior sales or automotive experience but were also willing to train the right person who has great communication skills a positive attitude and the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly professional manner
- Learn and present vehicle features options and benefits
- Guide customers through the entire sales process
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Stay informed about current inventory promotions and financing options
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
Preferred:
- Previous automotive or retail sales experience
Not required we will train the right candidate who demonstrates:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self motivation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment
- Comfort using technology and CRM tools
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
