Superior Aircraft Services is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team as a Dispatcher. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the overall operations of the airport are met by providing support and communication with Airlines and Supervisors.
Requirements
What you will do:
- Answer phone calls for wheelchair requests from airlines
- Input Wheelchair Requests and Dispatching Ticket Counters Arrivals and Boarding
- Communicate the Status of Wheelchair Requests to Airlines
- Maintain Radio Communication with Supervisors
- Maintain Deviation of Employees Assign Lunches and Breaks to agents
- Maintain Operation Plan and Boarding Log
- Assist passengers at the arrival and departure
- Communicate any issues to Supervisors
