Job Summary

As an IT Intern specializing in Service Desk Support youll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT this fast-paced environment you will have the opportunity to develop practical skills in troubleshooting problem resolution and customer service. Your role will involve working closely with experienced IT professionals contributing to the efficiency of our operations and gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic workplace.

What You Will Do

    • Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Be the superhero troubleshooter for tech-related challenges.
    • Maintain accurate records of service desk interactions ensuring that all issues and resolutions are documented for future reference.
    • Investigate and diagnose IT issues providing swift and effective solutions. Learn the ropes of IT support and become the go-to problem solver.
    • Work closely with the IT team to escalate complex issues and participate in team projects to enhance overall system performance.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and contribute fresh ideas to keep our systems on the cutting edge. Your input could be the spark that ignites our next big breakthrough.

Skills and Qualifications

    • We are seeking a tech-savvy and enthusiastic individual with a passion for IT and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
    • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users is a key part of this role.
    • Problem-Solving Attitude: A natural curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We value interns who are eager to learn and not afraid to tackle new challenges.

$20 - $26 an hour
