Job Summary
- Assisting in the design and implementation of logistic processes in the warehouse and manufacturing
- Supporting the analysis and improvement of existing logistic processes with a focus on safety quality delivery costs and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring key logistics performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement
- Assisting in the coordination of short-term process changes and non-standard activities
- Participating in the documentation of logistics processes including work instructions and training materials
- Supporting the procurement planning of necessary equipment for process implementation
- Assisting in the implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations from standard processes
- Collaborating with different teams within the department to support logistics operations
- Providing support in resolving urgent production-related issues
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences Faculty of Organizational Sciences Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
- Advanced Excell skills
- Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM MM) will be considered an advantage
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluency in English
