Job Summary

We are currently looking for an indoor sales support person to handle the below tasks:

  • Receiving customers orders and preparing the invoices
  • Data entry for new products (pricing costing description etc.)
  • Answering phone calls/Whatsapp checking stock availability
  • Following up on orders status between various channels (supplier/warehouse/delivery...)
  • Checking account status (unpaid dues statement of accounts etc.)

Qualifications :

  • Good Communication Skills with Retail and Corporate Clients
  • Well-Organized
  • Good Teamworker
  • Good English (spoken & written) French is a plus
  • Previous experience in stationery business is a plus

Additional Information :

Salary Starting 650$
