Job Summary

We are currently looking for an indoor sales support person to handle the below tasks:

Receiving customers orders and preparing the invoices
Data entry for new products (pricing costing description etc.)
Answering phone calls/Whatsapp checking stock availability
Following up on orders status between various channels (supplier/warehouse/delivery...)
Checking account status (unpaid dues statement of accounts etc.)

Qualifications :

Good Communication Skills with Retail and Corporate Clients
Well-Organized
Good Teamworker
Good English (spoken & written) French is a plus
Previous experience in stationery business is a plus

Additional Information :

Salary Starting 650$
