Description

Clean Harbors in Phoenix AZ is looking for an Insite Administrator to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties at our Phoenix branch. The Insite Administrator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of Clean Harbors jobs across all service lines in accordance with client and business requirements and company policies practices and procedures. Transitioning Military this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.

WORK LOCATION: Phoenix AZ

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM (on site)

Strong computer skills- Microsoft suite excel data entry container tracking- maintain bulk containers on site- admin is responsible of tracking movement reports etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
Must show ability to take full responsibility for all facets of assignments;
Payroll background a plus;
Data entry experience a MUST;
Enthusiastic personality;
Exceptional communication skills;
Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel Word).

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
Valid Drivers License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
