Programme Director

Location: Frankfurt Germany

Salary: 200000

Fantastic bonus structure - up to 25%!

We are working with a renowned Data Centre Developer & Operator who are looking for a Programme Director to join their team in Frankfurt.

This person will be leading the growth strategy in Germany and will have full project lifecycle experience from strategy and land acquisition through to construction and commissioning.

The Programme Director will be responsible for:

- Leading development of growth and expansion strategies for hyperscale data centre developments

- Land acquisition and liaising with local authorities to obtain environmental and build permits

- Oversee each data centre project through the full lifecycle from acquiring the land through to construction

- Engage with clients investors partners and authorities influencing strategic discussions at the executive and board levels Oversee key development risks such as planning land power supply chain and programme

- Lead financial and commercial modelling including ROI value optimisation and cost-risk assessments

The Programme Director will have the following:

- Proven experience working with a Developer or Operator on large-scale construction projects (100mil in value and above)

- Experience creating growth strategies and leading construction projects

- Knowledge of complex European markets

- Mission critical or data centre knowledge preferred
