Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM start
Pay: $18$24 per hour (DOE)
Benefits: Health insurance paid time off
- Assist with digging trenches and installing new systems
- Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment
- Troubleshoot basic irrigation issues under crew leader guidance
- Maintain a clean safe and organized job site
- Operate hand tools power tools and small machinery safely
- Interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
(lifting 50 lbs bending kneeling digging) - Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to shop and job sites
- Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Experience in landscaping construction plumbing or irrigation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
