Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Start Dates: Multiple openings in January & February
Work Setup: On-site or Remote (location-dependent)
Schedule: 40 hours/week 8-hour rotating shifts
Relocation: Full relocation package available for those moving abroad
About the Role
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join international teams supporting global brands. You will assist customers via phone email and chat ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support in Spanish through phone email and chat
- Resolve product/service inquiries and technical issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication
- Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to solve customer concerns
- Keep accurate notes of customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2)
- Good level of English (B1)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
