Were looking for a detail-loving process-savvy Accounting & Admin Officer to join our remote team and help us keep everything running smoothly!

The Role in a Nutshell:
Youll be the go-to person for finance HR and admin operationsmanaging everything from bookkeeping and payroll to onboarding and employee support . If you love wearing multiple hats and being the backbone of day-to-day operations this role is for you!

What Youll Do:

Finance & Accounting:

  • Manage bookkeeping bank reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Prepare balance sheets P&Ls and budget tracking
  • Issue invoices and manage client collections

Payroll & HR Support:

  • Process monthly payroll bonuses and commissions
  • Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and track leave balances

Benefits & Admin:

  • Administer employee benefits and medical insurance
  • Act as the main contact for vendor and provider coordination
  • Support team members with HR payroll and general inquiries

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting HR/operations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and love for organization
  • Great communicator with a proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with payroll processing and HR administration
