Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Master Data Management Officer.

In this role you will ensure master data is accurate consistent and fit for purpose by gathering requirements designing business rules resolving duplicates and contributing to golden record creation. You will collaborate with data stewards and technical teams to improve Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks lead reconciliation initiatives and mentor junior analysts.

What the role will entail

• Gather and map data requirements by translating business needs into technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Ensure master data quality and stewardship through validation of records coordination with stewards and adherence to naming classification and retention rules.
• Resolve duplicates and hierarchy issues by implementing matching survivorship and hierarchy management processes in line with MDM standards.
• Develop and maintain MDM rules for golden record creation and survivorship monitoring performance and ensuring integration with source and consuming systems.
• Enhance data models and manage metadata by maintaining dictionaries lineage and collaborating with metadata teams to ensure compliance and discoverability.
• Engage stakeholders and provide training by partnering with business units and IT communicating progress and mentoring stewards and junior analysts on MDM best practices.

What were looking for

• Bachelors Degree in either Information Technology Computer Science Statistics Engineering or any related field
• Training or certification in master data management platforms (e.g. Informatica MDM IBM InfoSphere) or data governance frameworks preferred.
• 3 - 8 years in master data management data governance or data integration roles with hands-on use of MDM tools and processes.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; expertise in designing MDM rules and golden record processes; familiarity with data integration and matching algorithms; ability to coordinate across business and IT teams.
• Intermediate communication collaboration customer focus critical thinking responsibility and results orientation; basic strategic thinking innovation and team leadership with intermediate problem-solving skills.
