Job Summary

The Program Management Associate/Assistant - Project Performance Monitoring is responsible on data collection and analysis to assess project performance. He/She ensures that all real estate development projects are closely monitored and relevant data is collected analysed and reported accurately. He/She plays a pivotal role in helping the organization make data-driven decisions to achieve project goal develop and improve analytical tools and monitoring report. He/She perform other duties related to project analysis that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. PROJECT PERFORMANCE PROCESS

Gathering and maintaining comprehensive data related to project milestones
Implementation of data collection procedures and tools to standardize information gathering
Utilizing data analysis tools and software to evaluate project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identifying discrepancies deviations and opportunities for improvement in project execution
Assisting in creating standardized reports detailing project performance including graphical representations and trend analysis

2. PERFORM ADMININSTRATIVE AND ADHOC DUTIES

Any other duties as required by the manager or Head of Department that are recommended.

EDUCATION TRAININGS LICENSES REQUIRED:

Candidate must possess degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
At least 1-3 years working experience in related field
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.) Google Workspace
Knowledgeable in Smartsheet Power BI Excel expert or other relevant performance monitoring tools
