Location: Phoenix Arizona. Onboarding is in-office. Once competent the firm offers meaningful flexibility attorneys regularly work hybrid schedules partial days from home or remote Fridays. Arizona-barred attorneys should be local. California-barred attorneys may work fully remote.

Note: Must be licensed and in good standing in Arizona or California. U.S. work authorization required. No sponsorship available.

Job Description

Handle active civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
Appear in court for hearings conferences and motion practice
Draft substantive motions including MSJs MTDs and discovery motions
Conduct discovery depositions mediations and arbitrations
Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
Manage deadlines while maintaining high-quality work product

Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing in Arizona or California
Interest in civil litigation and courtroom advocacy
Strong research writing and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Motivated team-oriented and eager to grow as a litigator
