Job Summary

We are hiring for a Contact Centre Agents role Key responsibilities: - Support customers via phone email and chat providing clear and accurate information. - Follow structured processes document cases and meet quality standards. - Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for: - German proficiency to support native-level customers. - A service-oriented mindset reliability and comfort working with targets and procedures. - Notes: Local or Still Abroad Working details: - Work model: On-Site - Schedule: Monday to Friday between 0900-1830 on an 8-hour shift basis Compensation: - Salary Call Centre (CCA) Rates Month 1: 5.60 per hour Month 2: 8.10 per hour After Probation: 8.50 per hour After 12 Months: 8.75 per hour (performance-based) After 18 Months: 9.20 per hour (performance-based) Additional Benefits Performance Bonus: 2000 per year (pro-rated quarterly) eligible after 6months probation period Language Allowance: 250 per month eligible after training period Relocation Allowance: 2000 eligible after 1 month of employment Benefits and eligibility: - Relocation: Relocation support available of 2.000 after 1 month of employment Please check on the excel if they are offering relocation because for several projects they are looking only for local candidates - Eligibility / documents: European passport or work permit for Malta About the role: JD If you are early in your career or looking for a stable next step you will receive onboarding and coaching to help you succeed.
