Job Summary

We are hiring for a CSG role Key responsibilities: - Support customers via phone email and chat providing clear and accurate information. - Follow structured processes document cases and meet quality standards. - Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for: - Dutch proficiency to support native-level customers. - A service-oriented mindset reliability and comfort working with targets and procedures. - Notes: Training and nesting period on site for Atticas candidates. After 90 days possibility to work at home Working details: - Work model: Remote - Schedule: Mon-Sun 08:00-00:00 Benefits and eligibility: - Relocation: - For candidates who are based in Greece and there is no work from home possibility the The - All candidates who relocate from abroad need to be in Athens 7 days prior to the starting date for their hiring docs. - Relocated employees need to work from site for at least 3 months - with the only exception of those who already have a house in Greece and a confirmed internet connection. - 3 weeks Accommodation in a hotel close to the office (after these 3 weeks of accommodation there is no assistance with Real Estate agencies) - up to 300 support for the ones moving from abroad (1st payment) - legal support with hiring documents (candidates need to gather and provide the required documents) NOT INCLUDED: - Flight ticket (only the reimburse up to 300 Gross - with 1st payment - check relocation info) - Airport pick-up - Transportation from the airport to the hotel - Eligibility / documents: - EU citizenship - Residence card with only Full Market Access If you are early in your career or looking for a stable next step you will receive onboarding and coaching to help you succeed.
