Job Summary
Company Background:
Our client is a steel manufacturing company based in Pasir Gudang Johor Malaysia. Theyre specialize in the production of steel billets and reinforcing steel products for construction use operating within the manufacturing and heavy industrial sector and primarily serving the construction and infrastructure markets.
Job Overview:
Responsible for the financial management accounting and tax functions of the Company
Job Description:
1. Handle daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping voucher verification and ledger entries.
2. Assist in preparing and submitting financial statements management reports and other financial reports.
3. Manage accounts receivable and payable tracking customer payments and supplier payments.
4. Assist in cost accounting expense reimbursement verification and financial analysis.
5. Maintain and update the financial system ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
6. Assist with tax filing payment and audit tasks.
7. Assist in bank reconciliation cash management and fund allocation.
8. File and manage financial documents ensuring the completeness and confidentiality of financial information.
9. Assist the finance manager in preparing the annual budget and financial planning.
10. Cooperate with internal and external audits providing necessary financial data and information.
11. Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelors degree or higher majoring in Accounting Financial Management or related fields.
2. At least 3 years working experience in Account and Finance related
3. Familiar with accounting principles and tax laws understanding basic financial operational processes.
4. Proficient in using financial software and office software such as Excel Word etc.
5. Strong data analysis skills and meticulous work attitude.
6. Strong learning ability and adaptability capable of completing tasks under guidance.
7. Good communication skills and a team-oriented spirit.
8. Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics maintaining confidentiality in financial matters.
9. Good in Mandarin English and Bahasa Malaysia in verbal reading and writing to effectively communicate with client base leaders and stakeholders.
Salary Range: Up to RM8k
Location: Pasir Gudang
