Job Summary
Team Introduction
PEX (Process Excellence) team focuses on improving operational efficiency and business performance through process optimization automation and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development maintenance and regular update of Power BI reports to meet data analysis and visualization needs
- Assist with the translation and preparation of PEX training materials to support the rollout of process improvement initiatives
- Support daily PEX activities including coordination and execution of process optimization projects
- Provide support for process automation tools based on business needs
Requirements
- IT or related technical background with interest in process improvement
- Proficient in Power BI with basic data modeling and report design skills
- Familiar with or interested in using process automation / RPA tools
- Strong learning ability communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Good spoken and listening English skills
