Edelman Japan celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2025 is a dynamic bilingual and bicultural team of approximately 70 professionals representing a wide range of nationalities and cultural backgrounds. Japanese and English are used interchangeably in daily work creating a truly international workplace where diverse perspectives are valued and collaboration across cultures is the norm. While business-level English and Japanese is required interns are not expected to be perfectwhat matters most is a willingness to communicate learn and engage in a global environment. Specific responsibilities may include the following:

• Translation support (Japanese to English and English to Japanese written materials)
• Online research and preparation of reports related to media industries stakeholders and trends
• Monitoring and analysis of news coverage and social media conversations
• Supporting the team in developing and refining presentation materials proposals and client deliverables
• Assistance with media-related activities and event support as needed
• Providing limited administrative and project coordination support
• Other related duties as assigned
